Also the devastating effects of bone diseases, I was aware of some again, but not all. Definitely important to keep in mind as as our baby boomers have come of age to minimize pain and suffering with improved quality of life while minimizing health care costs. We all need to be good stewards.

There are many people who do not eat red meat or meat at all, so alternative sources of protein are important to note. In addition the statement that "people moved to the northern latitudes" exhibits a very northern hemispere bias since there are people who live in the southern hemishpere toward the extremes of latitude!
